SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Please provide DNA for sequencing as follows:
For plasmid sequencing please provide in either of two ways:
1. In separate tubes or 96 well plate, Plasmid DNA at 50ng/ul and 5 ul per reaction. Primer in separate tubes, Primer at 5uM and 5 ul per reaction.
2. Premix 360ng of plasmid DNA and 5uM of primer in a total of 10ul.
For PCR sequencing please provide in either of two ways:
1.Please provide “dirty” PCR (20 ul of your PCR product) and we’ll silica glass purify and sequence using your primer of choice, provided separately as a 5uM stock and 5 ul per reaction
2. Provide pure PCR product as (10ng/ul 100-500bp) or (20ng/ul 501-1kb) or (30ng/ul over a kb) and your primer of choice separately as (5uM and 5ul per reaction)
For pick, grow and sequence please provide as follows:
1. Bacterial plate containing colonies, indicating antibiotic resistance.
2. Primer(s) to sequence resulting DNA at 5uM and 5ul per sequence reaction.
3. Please note: 8 colony minimum, includes 1 sequence reaction
